September 27, LONDON: Napier, the London-based intelligent compliance technology company, has announced the appointment of four senior female leaders to its executive team. These strategic appointments underscore Napier's continued growth and commitment to fostering diversity and inclusivity, not only across the wider company, but also in senior leadership.
Introducing Napier's new senior leaders:
Jo Guthrie - Chief People Officer
Jo Guthrie brings a wealth of experience in human resources (HR), garnered through her tenure in the financial services sector. With an extensive background in partnering with critical areas such as global banking, risk, and compliance, Jo has honed her expertise in senior HR roles held at both Citi and HSBC. Her journey from the ground up within these organisations has provided her with a profound understanding of the pivotal role that people play in an organisation's success.
Araliya Samme - Chief Strategy Officer
Araliya is a global growth executive, advisor and expert in financial crime technology. She brings a breadth of experience in new product launches and geographical expansion, previously leading Featurespace's Financial Crime solution business unit. Araliya gained her expertise over ten years of working as a management consultant at both Deloitte and EY, and leading a major anti-money laundering technology and process transformation programme at BNP Paribas.
Louise O’Connell - Chief Customer Officer
Louise O’Connell joins Napier having successfully built and led large-scale global teams in financial services and technology organisations, including Fenergo, CIT and PEAC Solutions.
Louise has over 25 years of experience running teams across operations, IT, change, transformation, customer support, customer success, and professional services. Her primary expertise lies in driving and delivering long-term customer value, experience, and service.
Rachael Tomaney – Chief Marketing Officer
Rachael has over ten years of experience in B2B technology marketing, with a focus on banking, financial services, fintech, and payments. She has led teams at both marketing agencies and in-house at large software vendors and start-ups and scale-ups including ACI Worldwide and Featurespace, to build integrated marketing functions that work with commercial teams to build pipeline and drive growth.
