Greg brings with him a wealth of experience in Operational Management, Business Strategy, Transformation, Client Lifecycle Management and Sales Leadership. He gained his experience working as the Head of Sales and Head of Strategy & Alliances at Fenergo and was the Managing Director and Global Head of the Client Middle Office at HSBC. Prior to this Greg held several COO and Business Management roles at Coller Capital, UBS and Reuters.

Noel King

Noel is a seasoned CTO known for delivering impactful software across sectors like education, finance, gaming, and insurance. He’s led major innovations, including a nationwide education system in Norway and leveraged innovative cloud-native platforms for global corporations like Mastercard and Goldman Sachs. His expertise spans tech strategy, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and team optimisation. Named Irish Technology Person of the Year in 2018, he also received DCU’s Distinguished Alumni Award in 2015. As founder of Coolest Projects, Noel champions youth innovation in tech.

Louise O'Connell

Having successfully built and led large-scale global teams in Financial Services and technology organisations, including Fenergo, CIT and PEAC Solutions, Louise has joined Napier as Global Chief Customer Officer. Louise has over 25 years of experience in running Operations, IT, Change, Transformation, Customer Support, Success, and Professional Services. Her primary expertise lies in driving and delivering long-term customer value, experience and service.

William Monk

Chief Product Officer

Will has 20+ years of experience leading global financial crime operations, transformation programmes, and product strategy and development across financial services, both as a Managing Director within banks and as an advisor/consultant. He has previously worked as Global Head of Financial Crime Quality & Standards at Natwest, and his experience comes from a breadth of leading global financial institutions including HSBC, Barclays, and UBS.

Araliya Samme

Araliya is a multilingual financial crime specialist with a strong interest in innovation and cross-functional collaboration. She brings a unique blend of consulting, commercial, and in-house experience across global financial institutions and fast-growing fintechs. Araliya has delivered large-scale AML programmes at BNP Paribas, advised leading banks during her time at Deloitte and EY, and led the commercial launch of Featurespace into the AML market.

Kenneth Paqvalén

Chief Financial Officer

Kenneth Paqvalén is Chief Financial Officer at Napier AI, with over 20 years of finance leadership in global tech and fintech companies. He previously served as CFO at Matillion and MariaDB, where he helped drive 5–10x growth and international expansion. He also held finance leadership roles at R3, Nokia Siemens Networks, and Nokia Corporation, with a focus on M&A, structured finance, and strategic transformation. Kenneth holds a master’s in engineering from Helsinki University of Technology and lives in London with his family.
